12+ months

Long-term Rentals

Best for: Expats, relocating professionals, families

Unfurnished or lightly furnished properties on 12-month+ contracts. Generally the best value per square metre. Most require proof of Occupation Permit or visa for non-citizens.

1–11 months

Short-term Rentals

Best for: Trial periods, seasonal stays, nomads

Fully furnished, all-inclusive rentals from 1 month. Popular with remote workers and those testing the waters before buying. Prices are higher per month but include utilities.

1 week–3 months

Holiday Villas

Best for: Holidays, events, luxury stays

Fully managed luxury villas with cleaning, pool service, and often a chef. Weekly rates vary from €1,500 for a modest villa to €10,000+ for trophy properties.
